Pilates is a thorough workout and not just simply a 'stretch class'- it is fun, focused and has a lot of dynamic movement using mat work and the resistance of the springs. Afterwards you should feel great and more energised while standing taller than ever before!

“Gemma’s classes are fun, energetic and effective and leave me feeling stronger and re-energised.  I’m in my 70s and she is very good at adapting exercises to suit my physical needs; her teaching methods and responses are detailed and thorough, whether on Zoom or live.”
